I specialize in clarity, problem solving, and goal-oriented decisions. You can’t get where you’re going if you don’t know where that is (or you’re not clear about where you are right now). It’s conscious, purposeful business ownership and leading with love. It doesn’t matter what your goals are (or if you’re having a hard time defining them), I can help you get your float center running (or back on track), and help you develop an action plan to get you there.

Spoiler alert: There are a lot of business coaches that do nothing but business. The problem with that is SO much of ourselves is entangled in the way businesses are operated and decisions are made. It’s all one unit. You can’t move one forward without being conscious of the other. Balance is imperative. You deserve to have a business worth owning AND a life worth living and I’d love to talk with you about how to make that happen.

So what’s the difference between coaching + consulting and the franchise opportunity? We don’t know anybody that does both.

Please allow me to get really real for a moment, because this is a good time to remind you that I’m not anybody and I’ve almost never done what everyone else is doing! I’m a gap filler - when people need help, I’ll find a way to help. Does it make more sense to ONLY offer franchise opportunities and live enshrouded in a veil of secrecy? I mean, it sounds ominous and fun, but it just doesn’t fit my heart. Besides, there is a massive difference between these two avenues.

Through the franchising model, I’m thrilled to walk hand in hand with those that choose to join our Float Spa X family. I LOVE what I do and I get giddy about things like hauling 50lb salt bags to set up brand new float tanks alongside my new franchisees ahead of a center launch. I WANT to be there to view commercial spaces with you and decide on precisely the right one with the right energy instead of looking at links in my email and demographics that don’t allow me to feel the space. I LIVE for showing up for your launch party with a bottle of champagne in my hand to celebrate you. I’m honored to teach everything about all of my systems, transfer them all over, do a TON of marketing work, and make sure the launch, the education, the team building, and the sales get going as quickly and smoothly as possible. It’s like giving them all access to the inside of the baby I’ve been working for years to build and continue to modify and improve every single day.

Through the coaching + consulting work, I get to help people through rough patches or moments of confusion or moments of wild success with no clear path forward. I get to take what they’ve already done and help craft solutions that fit their personality, their model, and their brand (or help them build all of that).

Pre-float life, I built a successful real estate career, built a successful digital marketing company that served clients all over the country, and worked in outside business to business sales for a couple of corporate giants. I’ve put all of that experience into what I do now and I am abundantly grateful every single day that I get to do it.
