The Float Spa Holly Springs hosts 4 float rooms - all in their own, private suites with shower and dressing area and currently offers 30, 60, and 90 minute float therapy sessions, massage, and reiki.
Please contact us for groups larger than 4, special occasions, or corporate wellness packages.
Our Wave Float Rooms are huge!
These rooms are about 8 feet long and 5 feet wide and tall enough to stand upright in the front as you enter through the door. The wave detail in the ceiling actually helps us maintain steady temperatures in the air and water so your float sessions are consistent all the way through.
Our float tanks are all in their own private suites complete with a shower and dressing area, so you’re welcome to leave the tank door wide open if you’re most comfortable that way. Our Wave Float Rooms are designed to create a sensory neutral experience that activates the natural relaxation response in the body - reducing stress, muscle tension, anxiety, and inflammation, reducing heart rate and blood pressure, improving sleep patterns, releasing endorphins, and so much more! Our float rooms have light and sound controls inside the tank, so you’re welcome to leave both the lights and the music on for your whole session or turn one or both off. You’re always in complete control of your float experience!

Owned by Kelli + Joe Wolf, the same commitment to holistic wellness and core ethos apply. They are love leaders seeking to help people find alternative solutions to heal in mind, body, and spirit.
Kelli and Joe found floating in Asheville, North Carolina, immediately fell in love with the calm they discovered after their first floats. Kelli was also floored by the relief she found for the stubborn chronic pain and fatigue that had been plaguing her for years. They realized their wasn’t a center in their home area and franchised with Float Spa X Wellness to bring float therapy to the Triangle!
